Government institutions in Baku will introduce a new working schedule for two months starting September 15 as part of a pilot project.
As Report reports, citing the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, the new schedule will apply to government institutions, as well as state-owned legal entities and public-law legal entities established on behalf of the state, located in Baku and the surrounding areas.
Working hours will be organized in three shifts: 08:00–17:00, 09:00–18:00, and 09:30–18:30, with at least 30% of employees required to be present under each schedule. During the pilot period, relevant government agencies will assess traffic congestion, and based on the analysis, final proposals regarding working hours will be prepared.
