Thus, economic growth in the country is forecast at 2.7% next year, including 4.4% growth in the non-oil sector. Meanwhile, the oil and gas sector is expected to decline by 1.8%.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Azerbaijani government\u2019s economic growth forecasts updated last month, the country\u2019s GDP is expected to amount to 138 billion manats this year, including 100 billion manats from the non-oil and gas sector.<\/p>\n<p>According to the State Statistics Committee, Azerbaijan produced 1.2% more GDP in January\u2013August this year than in the same period last year, with GDP amounting to 87 billion 709.5 million manats.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Azerbaijan\u2019s gross domestic product (GDP) is expected to amount to 141 billion manats next year.
