The drugs had been transported from Iran to the Fizuli district using a drone. The detainees allegedly planned to distribute the drugs in Baku.<\/p>\n<p>During another operation in the Bakikhanov settlement of Baku\u2019s Sabunchu district, previously convicted Valid Gurbanov was detained on suspicion of illicit drug trafficking.
