Pashinyan said one possible approach would involve direct negotiations between investors and residents.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA major investment project is needed, with investors coming in and negotiating directly with you, without the state getting involved. They could either buy your homes from you or commit to providing you with homes in a newly constructed building,\u201d Pashinyan said. Under the option he outlined, temporary accommodation for residents would also have to be provided during construction.
