A fatal road traffic accident occurred in Azerbaijan’s Ismayilli District.

According to Report, three people were killed when an Opel passenger car collided with a motorcycle.

The victims included two occupants of the car and the motorcycle rider.

The regional press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that a criminal case has been opened in connection with the incident, and an investigation is underway.

Firefighters and rescuers from the Ismayilli District Fire Department of the Azerbaijan State Fire Protection Service under the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene of the accident in the village of Topchu, Ismayilli District.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, rescue personnel used specialized equipment to recover the body of one of the three victims from the mangled vehicle.
